I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. The staff assisted with a room change without any hassle, and the new one was spacious and comfortable. The on-site restaurant provided an unforgettable dining experience, and breakfast was delicious every morning. They even helped arrange a rental car for our visit.

Man, the decor in this spot is something else, all artsy and cozy. We loved the daily treats waitin' in our room—real nice touch. Staff was on point, makin' sure we had what we needed. Only thing, our room was a bit small, but we ain’t sweatin' it too much. Super comfy bed, though!

beautiful artistic decor, luxurious room amenities, exceptional location near Wawel Castle
No bar or lounge area to unwind is a significant miss!!! Limited views from some rooms are disappointing and need attention!!!

The breakfast served in the Michelin-star restaurant was an exceptional experience that truly set the tone for our mornings.
Unfortunately, the room was quite warm, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep despite our efforts to cool it down.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights, and it was super comfy. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the decor was beautifully artistic, giving the room a unique charm. Plus, the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch, especially during the chilly nights! The only downside was that the room could get a bit warm, making it tough to sleep comfortably some nights. But overall, I loved the ambiance and little treats left in the room.

Had a fantastic stay! The themed decor was incredibly charming, and the packed breakfasts were both delicious and thoughtful. However, I did find the attic room's low ceiling a bit troublesome. Would absolutely return!

Super comfortable bed and beautiful artistic decor. My Classic Single Room had a minibar, tea/coffee maker, and even a fireplace. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the cozy seating area. Staff were super friendly and helpful, always available for anything I needed.
